Cancellation terms:
Up to 14 days before the event: full refund minus an administration fee of 10 €.
If the cancellation is made later than 14 days before the event, the ticket is non-refundable unless you find a replacement person yourself. In this case, you have to deal with the financial aspect with the replacement person and you are responsible for passing on all the information received here.
