Directions: Arrival by MVV (Munich public transport) with RB58 or S7 to Mittersendling, or bus 134 to Flößergasse.

What to expect:
AUM Meditation: An active, social 14-phase meditation designed to help you feel, emotionally express, and understand your true, authentic self. Ecstatic, powerful, and deep.
Primal Play: A non-verbal space for connection. Without any hidden agendas, we dive into the present moment and discover how our bodies and instincts move us naturally – whether wild, gentle, powerful, or vulnerable.

Practical Info: We recommend light, comfortable session clothing (e.g. functional or sports clothing). Bring a towel and an extra t-shirt or top to change into, you’ll need it!
