AUM Meditation & Primal Play in Munich

The AUM Meditation

is an active social meditation that is about feeling, expressing and understanding your true original self. This healing process can also be joyful and ecstatic. Are you already familiar with AUM? Primal Play

is a non-verbal encounter format, a space where we rediscover how our bodies and instincts naturally move us. This can be wild, very energetic, or subtle, shy, and calm. Without intention, we immerse ourselves in the here and now and unfold the magic released when we truly encounter each other. Whatever is present in the moment can be present in the play: your strength, your fatigue, your calm, your sensuality, your vulnerability, your sadness, your joy, your neediness, your presence. Are you feeling tired, introverted, or annoyed? That’s welcome too! When we as a group allow everything that is, we create a place of healing where each of us playfully grows towards greater wholeness and relational ability!

We recommend light, comfortable session clothing (e.g. functional or sports clothing). Bring a towel and an extra t-shirt or top to change into, you’ll need it!
