Walk through the gate into the backyard, then take the left entrance in the building, 1st floor.
Directions: S-Bahn S1/S10 to Leipzig-Lindenau, or with tram 15 or bus N2 to Henriettenstraße.

What to expect:
AUM Meditation: An active, social group meditation. A space where body, heart, and soul awaken. You can dive deep, let go of what holds you back, and rediscover your inner aliveness and joy.
Primal Play: A non-verbal space for connection, where we rediscover how our bodies and instincts move us naturally. Everything is welcome: your wildness, your strength, as well as stillness, fatigue, and vulnerability.

Practical Info: We recommend light, comfortable session clothing (e.g. functional or sports clothing). Bring a second change of t-shirt or top and a towel, you’ll need it!
